Description

Shortlisting of all received resumes in Applicant Tracking System with daily updates. Assist in recruitment process. Handle large volume of resumes daily to administer priority job pipelines. Coordinate with candidates to set up interview times in a timely and organized manner. Maintain employee information in the system (Job bank, Evaluation) Accurately maintain HR records as per system requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Must have recommended 2-4 years of HR related experience. Specialized Degree in HR is Preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in HRIS, databases, and MS Office apps (Word & Excel). Verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and candidates
