• Create and Implement sales plans to meet sales goals for the assigned region and ensure sales goals are met each month, quarter, and year. • Lead, train, motivate a team, set individual goals and give regular feedback. • Conduct Regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor’s activities. • Share detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights with senior management. • Promote brand visibility and recognition within the region by participating in relevant events, trade shows, and local marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and brand strategies. • Work to grow market share and expand into new areas. • Identify and resolve inventory shortages, excess stock, or other inventory issues that may affect sales performance.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role within sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions. Strong customer orientation and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. Willingness to travel within the designated area as required
