1. Assist the Retail Store Manager in the day to day operations and in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers. 2. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments). 3. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best. 4. Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources. 5. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives 6. Monitor and maintain store inventory. 7. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs. 8. Coach and support new and existing Salesman. 9. Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses. 10. Help manager and assist the rest of the employees in the closing of the shop. 11. Responsible for the entire his Branch.
1. Cash handling, counter support, staff management & query handling
Age 25-35 Years Intermediate to Bachelor or above will be preferable. 1 year or above will be preferable. Personal Convenience must require.
