1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company products. 2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your shops. 3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customers. 4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. 5. Setting sales targets and training of staffs. 6. Allocating areas to sales representatives. 7. Developing sales strategies and setting targets. 8. Monitoring your team performance and motivating them to reach targets. 9. Compiling and analyzing sales figures. 10. Possibly dealing with some major customer by yourself. 11. Collecting customer feedback and market research. 12. Reporting to their Directors. 13. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. 14. Responsible for the entire Cluster (Area) Branches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Look after the staff working under. 2. Involve in inventory procedure. 3. Inventory handling with the inventory team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Age Limit: 35-45 2. Experience 4 to 5 years in the relevant field. 3. Education MBA in Sales & Marketing or above will be preferable. 4. Must have good communication and leadership skills. 5. Energetic and Responsible.
