Clean and maintain the office premises Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy before and after meetings. Deliver and pick up parcels, documents, and other items within and outside the office as required. Inform the Office Manager of any shortages or maintenance needs. Assist in minor repairs or arrangements within the office.
