Description

1. Identify and secure high-potential kiosk locations in malls, airports, and retail hubs. 2. Negotiate and manage leasing contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance. 3. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate site profitability and ROI. 4. Maintain long-term relationships with landlords, mall management, and retail partners. 5. Develop and execute expansion strategies for kiosks and retail outlets. 6. Design and offer customized corporate gift packaging solutions for bulk perfume orders. 7. Prepare and deliver B2B sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models. 8. Monitor kiosk and B2B sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met. 9. Optimize budgets, leasing costs, and B2B pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strong knowledge of export procedures, trade compliance, and international markets. -Excellent negotiation, contract management, and sales closing skills. - networking abilities with corporate clients, distributors, and mall/property managers. -Ability to design and execute corporate gifting/packaging solutions. -Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, (business administration degree preferred). 6+ years of experience in retail leasing, business development, (Preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail).
