Description

1 Responsible for installing,, configuration and troubleshooting various operating systems, application software, drivers, DVR systems and ensuring smooth operation of printers, scanners, and device sharing within the network 2 Perform regular system upgrades, security patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure all IT assets are up-to-date and secure from potential threats. 3 Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including computers, operating systems, application software, and network devices, ensuring minimal downtime for users 4 Handle server installation, configuration, RAID setup, and the management of IT devices such as POE switches, NAS, routers, and wireless networks 5 Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and other communication tools for all the users. 6 Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and other company locations to resolve on-ground technical issues, ensuring quick and effective IT support.

Minimum Requirements
