1 Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations. 2 Job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. 3 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, job history, and benefits information 4 Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly 5 Provide support with employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.Assist with investigating and resolving employee complaints
